Aaron is a Senior Consultant at Stride, advising founders, operators and investors on growth, investment and M&A across healthcare and technology. He specialises in originating and executing high-value transactions, working closely with Private Equity and strategic buyers to deliver successful outcomes.

He brings together deep market insight, deal-making experience and a strong investor network to support ambitious businesses through funding, acquisition and exit. Known for his energy, precision and results-driven approach, Aaron thrives on complex transactions and long-term client partnerships.

After graduating with a 2:1 in Law, Aaron began his career in consulting within IT recruitment, specialising in senior Project Management and cloud-based roles. Recognising the strategic importance of leadership, capital and ownership structures, he transitioned into executive search within the rapidly expanding Health and Social Care sector.

Through this work, Aaron built a strong reputation across the Private Equity landscape, developing extensive relationships with investors and operators while expanding his focus into investment origination and M&A across multiple sectors, delivering tangible commercial impact for clients.

Outside of work, Aaron is a devoted Aston Villa supporter, an avid mountain hiker, and values time spent with his family.

Alan has developed a strong understanding of the challenges facing modern law firms and the important role technology plays in improving how legal teams operate.

Through his work in the legal market, Alan identified an opportunity to bring an innovative legal technology company and its workflow software to Stride. This partnership allows him to combine his knowledge of the legal sector and strong industry relationships with technology designed to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and help firms work smarter.

As part of his role, Alan introduces this technology to law firms and legal organisations, taking the time to understand their individual challenges and demonstrate how the right workflow solution can deliver genuine, measurable value.

His background in legal recruitment gives him a clear understanding of the pressures, priorities and commercial realities facing firms. This enables him to approach technology conversations with genuine market knowledge, rather than simply selling software.
